GROUP CLASSES
I offer a weekly group class at Berkeley Yoga Center located right above Strawberry Creek Park in Central Berkeley.

MONDAY
5:00-6:30pm | Yoga - A Complete Practice
An all-levels 90 minute class designed to cultivate a well-rounded, embodied spiritual practice through movement (postures), breathing, meditation, and philosophy.

1 class - $25 | 4x Pack - $80

PILATES

PUBLIC CLASSES + PRIVATE SESSIONS
I offer group classes and privates at EHS Pilates in San Francisco’s Mission District, accessible by car and public transit.

TUESDAY
9:00am | Arc + Weighted Bar + Springboard - Mixed
This class uses the arc, weighted bar, and springboard to creatively cultivate greater strength, opening, and precision into classic mat Pilates.

WEDNESDAY
8:30am | Reformer - Mixed
A full-body Pilates equipment class using spring-based resistance to develop strength, control, mobility, and coordination.
9:30am | Reformer - Beginner
This class introduces foundational Pilates principles on the reformer, focusing on alignment, breath, core engagement, and basic movement patterns.
10:30am | Community Mat Class
Pilates Mat is a floor-based class, developing core strength, mobility, and control using body weight and
small props to create varying degrees of challenge.

PRIVATE SESSIONS
I am available for private sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday at EHS after (and sometimes before) my public classes.

PRICING
Please book through EHS directly. Rates are listed on their website. The Community Mat Class is $15.

I take cash, Venmo, and Zelle.

A NOTE ON PRICING
As someone who has and does struggle to access out-of-pocket care, offering my services at an affordable cost is very important to me. Studios set their own rates, Privately, I charge the minimum amount I need to support myself, cover my costs, and provide more low cost services to other members of our community who have financial constraints. If my prices remain out of reach, please contact me directly. I believe in financial transparency and mutual aid. We get through this life by investing in each other, and investment takes a lot of forms.
