Joining a regular public class is a terrific way to build a community of friends and fellow seekers. Your reason for coming to yoga class may be to improve your physical health, relieve stress, explore your spirituality, whatever! You will most likely find many interesting people in class with you, some who have similar reasons for attending, and others with radically different goals who will expand and even challenge your understanding of what it means to practice yoga.

I offer public, group classes at Circle Yoga Cooperative and Past Tense Studio:

This class is geared towards students who have moved past the beginner level and are looking to develop their understanding of alignment, breathing, and yoga philosophy and meditation.

This class is geared towards students who are looking to explore more advanced techniques, including inversions, arm balances, and backbends, as well as breath, meditation, and philosophy.

*New class this Fall!*

This efficient, revitalizing class is for students who are looking to advance their practice with skillful alignment, pranayama, and insightful philosophy, all within a fun, creative flow sequence.

A similar level to the Wednesday, but 90 minutes long! Come luxuriate in this longer class with ample time for warm-ups, peak poses, seated stretching, and a sweet savasana.
