Join me for this master class designed to target the muscle groups that are typically overlooked in a yoga class. Learn the anatomy behind which muscles are chronically tight or overstretched (and maybe even both!) and the science behind safe strengthening and stretching. Take this knowledge onto the mat in a class that is anything but typical, but fun and dynamic! We’ll end with a short lesson in self-massage and a restorative savasana.
